We invite parents of 7th graders and any new parents of 8th graders to come to a Parent Welcome on Friday, August 14th from 8:30-9:30 in the amphitheater. The administrative and counseling team will present an overview of procedures, protocols and other important information. Afterwards, you are welcome to walk your student's schedule with them and receive a Chromebook as well as purchase PE uniform, and academic planner.

Student Store: In addition to August 14th, the Student Store will be open on Monday, August 17th from 11:00-4:00. You can purchase PE uniform and planner and receive your student's Chromebook.

7th Grade Orientation: Orientation takes place on Thursday, August 13th. On Tuesday, your student will receive a phone call (the primary number listed in Q) inviting them to 7th Grade Orientation. This is a fun "camp-like" activity where they will meet students from the other elementary schools, learn about Rosemont (the lay of the land, how to get to classes, where to eat lunch etc.) and walk their schedule with a team of 8th graders who are eager to show them the ropes at Rosemont! Your student will be invited to either the morning or afternoon session. Please note that preferences and changes are not made due to the number of students who are participating. If you will be on vacation, no worries. Your student will be assigned an 8th grader who will support them throughout the school year.
